Today marks the 40th anniversary of Bobby Kennedy's death and though I don't know much about the candidate nor the promise he brought to a country mired in war, I do know that his death rounded out a triage of assassinations (with JFK's & MLK's) that devastated America during what was arguably America's last great ideological revolution.
Obama's campaign has put the events of the late 1960's back in the ether. His oratory skills evoke JFK about as often as his race evokes MLK. Revolution is nigh, and to celebrate, I'll be watching Bobby and JFK tonight.
