A million people have already seen this, so you probably have too. But. Still. It's pretty funny. In related gay vs. Mormon news, we're going after them for their shameless, tax-exempt influence in public policy. Technically, this is all about revenge, but if there are, in fact, consequences for political lobbying, maybe other organizations will think twice about shoving their ideology down other people's throats.

In related news, I saw Milk, the biopic about the gay activist. It was pretty good, actually, and quite a phenomenon for me, as a gay person, to see an onscreen romance actually look like my romances. Hetero-normative influences in our society are really wide-sweeping. Money is the reason, which I understand, but still... it was nice to see boys as in love as I'd like to be one day. Emile Hirsch was gay in it too. It made him less attractive than the was playing the strapping Into the Wild adventurer.

Finally, Dan Savage explains Why Mormons Are So Fucking Homophobic by citing the following:

1. The more older brothers you have, the more likely you are to be gay.
2. The more Mormon you are, the more older brothers (or any type of sibling) you're likely to have.
