[ All About Avocado ]

'Avocado' and 'Curry' were the two words that appeared in my mind this morning (to quote the excellent King Missile song, I fucking love avocados). So, I did a quick search and came up with what looks like a delicious (made-from-scratch!) avocado curry recipe. My life now has purpose.

Speaking of avocado, have you ever had coconut-avocado ice cream? The mere thought moves me to tears.
