In honor of Obama's planned stop in Berlin this week, NPR did a really cool round-up of JFK and Reagan's respective visits to the German capital. Fun fact: the "Mr. Gorbachev tear down this wall" soundbite actually happened two whole years before it actually came down...

Obama in Europe sounds pretty sweet. Pretty much my two favorite things rolled into one amazing treat. Kinda like Recess Pieces... or gin and tonic. I just love it how McCain was the one double-dog-daring him to visit Iraq and now that he has, it's been a media shit show.
